Insects Birds Reptiles & Mammals Plants	Adders are often seen on the Hoe in the summer months. Grass snakes have been seen swimming in the ponds. Common lizard occurs across the whole of the Hoe and can be sometimes seen on the car park fence. There have been a few records of slow worms.
	The mammals are some of the most secretive wildlife of the Hoe. Rabbits and fox, weasel, hedgehog, wood mice pygmy shrew.
