| There are regular guided walks around the Hoe discovering the wildlife; birds, plants and insects or it's history and creation. Guided walks for private groups such as Womans Institute and Natural History groups can be arranged. |

| Annual events at the Hoe include Low Tide, a celebration of the marine environment, including marine tanks with local sea creatures in, a chance to go rock pooling and seashore creature costume making. In August there is a Open Weekend with children's events such as latern making, bug hunts, pavement art and a ghost walk. There is a pumpkin parade in late October, to mark the changing of the seasons. To join in the fun no booking is necessary and the events are all free. |

| One off events has included the Year of the Artist where an image was projected onto the cliff and the World shore angling championship has been held at the Hoe and even good luck messages for the England football team have been projected onto the cliff face. | ![]() |

| The Hoe is a stunning location for filming it has featured in Songs of Praise, Treasure Hunt, Walk over History and even China Central Television covering a cross channel swim.
